Job | Program Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join us who brings strong people skills, with programming, project management and attention to detail, working with us in an exciting and critical role. You will work across core programs we offer to the regional community and support the team in their programs and ideas. This role also contributes to newsletters, publicity and PR, and works closely with the social marketing team.

We are a regionally based Not-For-Profit with a skills based Board that bring Regional, State and National connections. Founded in 2018 as a local government project, we now lead the innovation community in North East Victoria, and our values remain centered on collaboration – together we can do more.

Scope, Terms
This role is a fixed price contract of up to 24 hours pw at $45ph+GST(neg) to be worked according to the needs of the Startup Shakeup project and its programs until 30 June 2023. As a core role we expect to renew this contract, subject to funding from our regular partners. You will be required to invoice SUSU Ltd on a monthly basis, with a detailed invoice showing hours worked, tasks undertaken, and KPIs met.
As a small NFP, Startup Shakeup Ltd does not have a central office and we are all home based. Thus applicants will be required to have their own ABN, professional indemnity and public liability insurance, home work space, phone and transport.
This role will report to the CEO and work in collaboration with other Startup Shakeup staff and the staff of other organisations working with us on Startup Shakeup projects.
This project will at times require travel across North East Victoria and maybe further afield.

Statement of Requirements

• Delivery of the deliverables and KPIs found overleaf
• High level of digital literacy to use core SUSU software programs.
• Regular liaison and collaboration with the Startup Shakeup team and MD; and
• Commitment to grow and nurture the SUSU innovation ecosystem and networks.
